Ayisha (she/her) is a Race, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Anti-racism Advisor, content producer of the Podcast Black Girl From Eugene, writer and motivational speaker. As the Founder of Black Girl From Eugene LLC, her work is directly responsive to both organizational and community needs.  For over 25 years, Ayisha’s distinctively unique approach to this work has created, engaged and successfully facilitated a developmental understanding of our collective relationship to racism in both local and National Health Care systems, State level government sectors and local non profits.
